Description

These dark chocolate brownies are a real sin of gluttony! Their creamy texture and intense chocolate flavor make them irresistible. Preparing them is very simple, especially with the help of our trusted Thermomix®. Perfect for a delicious snack or as a dessert after dinner, these brownies are a guaranteed success. I love them warm, perhaps accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The recipe is quick and also suitable for those less experienced in the kitchen. Try them and let me know what you think! A tip: use good quality chocolate for an even more delicious result.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 30 g Bitter cocoa
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 80 g Flour 00

Preparation (5 steps)

Melt chocolate and butter

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Place the dark chocolate in pieces and the butter in the Thermomix® bowl. Melt for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Add sugar and eggs

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add the sugar to the bowl and mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing for 10 Sek./Stufe 3 after each addition.

Incorporate cocoa, salt and flour

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Add the bitter cocoa, salt and flour to the bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 4, making sure all the ingredients are well blended.

Transfer to pan and bake in oven

Pour the batter into a high-sided pan previously buttered and floured. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. (The Thermomix® is not used in this step).

Cool and cut

Once baked, let the brownies cool before cutting them into squares. (The Thermomix® is not used in this step).
