Description

This recipe for pork cutlet with creamy mushroom sauce is a true classic that always tastes great! I like to make it when I need something quick and still want something hearty on the table. The cutlets are fried until nice and crispy, and the sauce gets a wonderful creaminess from the fresh mushrooms and cream. It goes well with croquettes or fries, but a fresh salad is also a great addition. An absolute favorite dish for the whole family! The preparation is uncomplicated and guaranteed to succeed.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 8 piece Pork cutlet ham cutlet
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 container Cream
  • 1 cube Broth
  • 1 piece large Onion(s)
  • Sauce binder light breadcrumbs
  • 3 piece Egg(s)
  • Milk

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare cutlets

Season the pork cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper. In a deep plate, whisk the eggs with a little milk. Put the breadcrumbs on another plate. First turn the cutlets in the egg milk, then in the breadcrumbs so that they are completely covered. Set aside.

Chop the onion

Peel, quarter and add the onion to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Push down with the spatula.

Prepare mushrooms

4 sec/Speed 4

Clean and add the mushrooms to the mixing bowl. Chop for 4 sec./speed 4. Push down with the spatula.

Prepare mushroom sauce

Put the chopped onions and mushrooms in a pan and sauté with a little oil. Then add the cream, broth cube and sauce binder as needed.

Let the sauce simmer

Let the sauce simmer in the pan for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Fry cutlets

Fry the breaded cutlets in a separate pan with a little oil until golden brown.
