Description

These vegan apple and cinnamon waffles are a delight for breakfast or an afternoon snack. The combination of the sweetness of the apple with the spicy touch of the cinnamon makes them irresistible. They are very easy to prepare with the Thermomix® and perfect to enjoy in autumn, when apples are at their best. Ideal for a vegan brunch or simply to give yourself a healthy treat. Go ahead and try them, you will love them! In addition, they are an excellent option for those looking for dairy-free or egg-free alternatives.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 280 gramos wheat flour
  • 2 tazas soy milk
  • 45 gramos brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 piece small apples

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix dry ingredients

Add the wheat flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar and cinnamon to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.

Add liquid ingredients

20 Seg./Speed 3

Add the soy milk and vegetable oil to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 3 until obtaining a homogeneous dough.

Incorporate the apple

Thermomix® Setting
5 Seg./Linkslauf Speed 2 Reverse

Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. Add the apples to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 5 seconds at speed 2 with the reverse direction so that they are gently integrated.

Cook the waffles

Grease the waffle iron and heat it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pour portions of dough into the hot waffle iron and cook the waffles until golden brown. Repeat until the dough is finished.

Serve

Serve the vegan apple and cinnamon waffles hot with your favorite garnish. You can accompany them with maple syrup, fresh fruits or vegetable cream.
