Description

This Keto Pointed Cabbage and Ground Meat Skillet is a hearty and quick main course, ideal for a low-carb diet.   • 500 g Ground meat
  • 500 g Pointed cabbage
  • 200 g Onion
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 1 TL Celery salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 0.5 TL Caraway seeds
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • Salt

Chop onion and garlic

Place 200g of onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Then add 2 cloves of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 30g olive oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Chop pointed cabbage

Place 500g of pointed cabbage in coarse pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process.

Brown meat

Brown 500g ground meat in a separate pan until crumbly and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Add pointed cabbage and spices

Add the chopped pointed cabbage, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp celery salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp caraway seeds, 1 tsp mustard and 100ml vegetable broth to the sautéed onion-garlic mixture in the mixing bowl.

Let simmer

Let everything simmer for 15 min./100°C/reverse speed 1. Leave the measuring cup in place.

Add ground meat and cream cheese

Add the browned ground meat and 100g cream cheese to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./90°C/reverse speed 1.

Season the pointed cabbage and ground meat skillet with salt and pepper and serve.
