Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.33333333333333 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 piece egg
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Place the butter in a microwave-safe mug. Melt in the microwave for approximately 15 seconds or until melted. Swirl the mug to coat the inside with the melted butter.

Add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to the mug. Use a fork or small whisk to mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Microwave the mug on high power for approximately 90 seconds, or until the bread is set and cooked through. Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave.

Let the bread cool in the mug for 2 minutes before slicing and serving. This allows it to firm up slightly.
