Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 0.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.75 cups butter
  • 0.66666666666667 cups white sugar
  • 0.66666666666667 cups brown sugar
  • 2 piece eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cups oat flour
  • 1 cups rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cups chopped walnuts

Preparation (8 steps)

Preheat oven and prepare loaf pans

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Combine bananas and yogurt

Place 2 cups of mashed bananas and ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt into the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Cream butter and sugars

Add ¾ cup of butter, ⅔ cup of white sugar, and ⅔ cup of brown sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix for 30 Sec./Stufe 4 until creamy.

Add eggs and vanilla

Add 2 beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixing bowl. Mix for 15 Sec./Stufe 3 to combine.

Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts

Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of chopped walnuts to the mixing bowl. Use the spatula to fold them into the batter for 15 Sec./Stufe 2/Linkslauf.

Bake the bread

Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared loaf pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cover loosely with aluminum foil for 5 minutes. Remove from the pans and allow to cool completely. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
