Hearty casserole with pork and vegetables.

Ingredients (17 ingredients)

  • 1 kg Pork goulash
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 1 piece red pepper
  • 1 piece green pepper
  • 1 Stange Celery
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Curry ketchup
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 Pck. Herb mixture (frozen)
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 Schuss Worcestershire sauce
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions

Put onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Add peppers, celery and garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 5.

Add more ingredients and simmer

Add tomato paste, mustard, curry ketchup, cream, herb mixture, pepper, salt, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce to the mixing bowl and simmer for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Sear the meat in a separate pan.

Add meat and mix

Add the seared meat to the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Fill into casserole dish and bake

Pour the robber's meat into a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
