Description

This lingonberry fruit drink is a refreshing drink that can be enjoyed both warm and cold. The tart lingonberries harmonize wonderfully with the sweetness of the sugar. I like to make this fruit drink in the fall, when the lingonberries are in season, but it is also a great thirst quencher in the winter. The preparation is very simple and the Thermomix® makes it even easier. A great drink for birthdays or just because!

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

250 g Lingonberries
200 g Sugar
2 l Water

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop lingonberries

Thermomix® Setting

5 sec/Speed 5

Add 250 g lingonberries to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5.

Cook fruit drink

Thermomix® Setting

15 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 200 g sugar and 2 l water to the chopped lingonberries in the mixing bowl and cook for 15 min./100°C/speed 1.

Cool and strain

Let the fruit drink cool in the mixing bowl for 5 minutes. Then pour the fruit drink through a sieve or a straining cloth to remove the solid components.
