Description

This Thermomix® recipe for creamy spaghetti with bacon is a quick main course in the Rice or Pasta Salad category. The main ingredients are bacon, garlic, Parmesan or Pecorino, butter, and spaghetti. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 100 g Bacon (pork cheek or pork neck)
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 80 g Parmesan or Pecorino
  • 25 g Butter
  • 350 g Spaghetti
  • 4 Stück Egg yolk
  • Black pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Fry bacon and garlic

Cut 100 g of bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan. Peel 1 clove of garlic and add to the bacon until the garlic turns brown. Then remove the garlic.

Grate Parmesan and Pecorino

Put 80 g of Parmesan and/or Pecorino into the mixing bowl and grate for 10 sec./level 10.

Cook spaghetti

Cook 350 g of spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Collect some of the cooking water and drain the spaghetti.

Mix egg yolks and cheese

Put 4 egg yolks into the mixing bowl and whisk for 10 sec./level 4. Add grated cheese and some cooking water and mix for 10 sec./level 3.

Mix spaghetti with sauce

Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the bacon. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 2 minutes. Pour the egg-cheese mixture over the pasta and mix well. If necessary, loosen with some cooking water.

Serve

Season with pepper and serve immediately.
