Description

This Christmas tart is a true triumph of flavors and colors, perfect for ending Christmas lunch in style! The shortcrust pastry base, prepared with the Thermomix®, is crumbly and fragrant, while the soft cheese and vanilla cream is a true pleasure for the palate. I always prepare it a few days in advance, so the flavors blend perfectly. Decorated with Christmas motifs, it is a dessert that immediately brings joy and conquers everyone, young and old. A delicious and festive idea to celebrate Christmas!

  • 2 piece eggs
  • 80 g sunflower seed oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 380 g flour 00
  • 450 ml cold milk
  • 200 g spreadable cheese
  • 1 packet preparation for desserts
  • vanilla flavoring
  • Christmas decorations

Preparation of the shortcrust pastry

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

In the Thermomix bowl, insert the eggs, sugar and sunflower seed oil. Mix for 20 Sec./Speed 4.

Addition of flour

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Gradually add the flour to the bowl and knead for 2 Min./Kneading speed.

Manual processing of the dough

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead briefly with your hands until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation of the cream

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 3.5

In the clean Thermomix bowl, pour the cold milk, spreadable cheese, vanilla flavoring and preparation for desserts. Whip for 2 Min./Speed 3.5 with the butterfly.

Assembly of the tart

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a cake tin. Prick the bottom with a fork. Pour the cream into the cake tin.

Decoration

Decorate the tart with Christmas decorations as desired.

Cooling

Store in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
