Description

The beef sirloin is marinated in a savory teriyaki sauce, then threaded onto skewers with onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and green bell pepper. The marinade infuses the beef with a delicious umami flavor, while the vegetables add a touch of sweetness and freshness. They're perfect for a casual get-together or a fun family dinner. The preparation is simple, and the result is a satisfying and visually appealing dish. Feel free to add other vegetables you enjoy, such as zucchini or bell peppers of different colors.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup white wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cubed
  • 1 piece onion, thickly sliced, or more to taste
  • 10 ounce cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounce fresh white mushrooms
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, thickly sliced, or more to taste

Prepare the Marinade

Add ½ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup white wine vinegar, ¼ cup white sugar, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 6 cloves garlic, and 2 teaspoons ground ginger to the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3 until well combined.

Marinate the Beef

Place 1 ½ pounds beef sirloin cubes into a bowl. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Prepare the Skewers

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove sirloin cubes from marinade, discarding marinade. Thread sirloin cubes, 1 thickly sliced onion, 1 (10 ounce) basket cherry tomatoes, 1 (8 ounce) package fresh white mushrooms, and 1 thickly sliced green bell pepper onto skewers.

Grill the Skewers

Cook skewers on grill until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
