Description
A delicious and festive red wine cake, perfect for winter holidays.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

200 g Butter

200 gr Sugar

1 Teelf. Cinnamon

1 Teelf. Cocoa

100 gr Chocolate sprinkles

250 gr Flour
-
1 piece Baking powder

1.25 dl red wine
Preparation (5 steps)
Mix eggs, butter and sugar until fluffy
Add 4 eggs, 200 g butter and 200 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./speed 4 until fluffy.
Add cinnamon and cocoa
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of cocoa to the mixing bowl and stir in for 10 sec./speed 3.
Add chocolate sprinkles, flour and baking powder
Add 100 g chocolate sprinkles, 250 g flour and 1 baking powder to the mixing bowl and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3.
Stir in red wine
Add 1.25 dl red wine (130g) to the mixing bowl and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3.
Baking
Pour the batter into a springform pan or Bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 55 minutes.
