Description

This dish is a quick and healthy meal that is perfect for the end of the day. The salmon, along with fresh vegetables such as asparagus, carrots and pak choi, is gently steamed, preserving the valuable nutrients. The dressing made from soy sauce, rapeseed oil, maple syrup and peanut butter gives the dish a delicious Asian touch. Sprinkled with some sesame, it is a real treat for the palate. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 60 g green asparagus tips
  • 4 piece Snack carrots
  • 2 piece Pak Choi
  • 250 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 piece Bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Sesame

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare vegetables

Cut green asparagus tips, snack carrots, pak choi and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Steam vegetables and salmon

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Pour 500 ml water into the mixing bowl. Place the chopped vegetables and salmon fillet in the Varoma container and steam for 5 min./Varoma/speed 1.

Prepare dressing

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Put soy sauce, rapeseed oil, maple syrup and peanut butter into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Arrange and serve

Arrange the steamed vegetables and salmon on plates, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame. Serve immediately.
