Description
These delicious coffee cookies are a treat for all coffee lovers. The recipe is easy to prepare and is perfect for the Christmas season or as a sweet treat in between. The cookies are filled with a creamy coffee-almond filling and are baked in the oven until golden brown. Preparation takes about 60 minutes. Ideal as finger food or dessert.

150 g Butter

70 g Sugar

3 TL Instant coffee

200 g Flour

20 g Cocoa

100 g Sugar

1 Stück Vanilla sugar

80 g Butter

1 TE Instant coffee

80 g Almonds
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare dough
Add butter, sugar and instant coffee to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute/speed 4.
Add flour and cocoa
Add flour and cocoa and knead for 2 minutes/kneading level to form a dough.
Cool dough
Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
Prepare filling
Add sugar, vanilla sugar and butter to the mixing bowl and whisk for 2 minutes/speed 3 until fluffy.
Add coffee and almonds
Add instant coffee and almonds and mix for 30 seconds/speed 2.
Shape and bake cookies
Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Spread with the filling and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.
