Description

This dish is an absolute eye-catcher at any party or cozy brunch! The baked Camembert, combined with sweet grapes and crispy baguette, is simply irresistible. I especially like to make it in the autumn when the grapes are nice and juicy. The preparation is super easy and quick, so you can spend more time with your guests. A great vegetarian dish that is served warm and tastes simply delicious. Perfect for all cheese lovers!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 4 piece red onions
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 piece Spelt Baguette
  • 500 g light and dark Grapes
  • 4 piece Camemberts
  • 2 tbsp German blossom honey
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard (medium hot)
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare onions

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Peel, halve and slice 4 red onions. Place the onion wedges on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Sauté onions

Place the onions on the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Prepare garlic oil

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Put 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Push down with the spatula. Add 3 tbsp rapeseed oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare baguette

Pour the garlic oil from the mixing bowl into a bowl. Cut 1 baguette into approx. 3 cm cubes and mix in the bowl with the garlic oil.

Prepare grapes and Camembert

Wash, dry and divide 500 g grapes into smaller sprigs. Prepare 4 Camemberts.

Bake baguette, grapes and Camembert

Add the baguette cubes, the prepared grapes and the Camemberts to the onions on the baking sheet. Bake everything together in the preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes until the Camembert is soft.

Prepare honey-mustard dressing

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Put 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, 2 tbsp honey, 0.5 tsp mustard and 1 tsp pepper in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Spread dressing

After baking, spread the honey-mustard dressing over the baked Camembert and serve.
