Description

These vanilla cushions are a delicious Thermomix® recipe for delicate cookies with vanilla icing. The main ingredients are flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks and coconut cream. Preparation takes about 90 minutes, 30 minutes of which is active work. The recipe is ideal for Christmas baking, suitable as a dessert or finger food. Perfect for anyone who loves vanilla and likes to bake cookies.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

300 g Flour
200 g Butter
80 g Sugar
2 Stück Egg yolks
1 Glas Coconut cream
Vanilla icing

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare shortcrust pastry

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/Kneading speed

Add 300 g flour, 200 g butter, 80 g sugar and 2 egg yolks to the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading setting to form a shortcrust pastry.

Chill dough

Wrap the shortcrust pastry in cling film and chill for approx. 1 hour.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 170°C top/bottom heat.

Bake cookies

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out cookies. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake until light for approx. 8-10 minutes.
