Description

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

4 Stück Chicken drumsticks
3 EL Rapeseed oil
1 EL Sweet paprika powder
1 TL Salt
0.5 TL Black pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare marinade

Thermomix® Setting

15 sec/Speed 3

Add 3 tbsp rapeseed oil, 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 3. Scrape down the sides with the spatula and mix for a further 5 sec/speed 3.

Prepare chicken

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Pat the 4 chicken drumsticks dry with kitchen paper and place on a baking sheet.

Marinate chicken

Brush the chicken drumsticks all over with the prepared marinade.

Bake chicken

Place the baking sheet with the chicken drumsticks on the middle rack in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. The chicken drumsticks do not need to be turned.

Optional: Use grill function

For extra crispy skin, bake the chicken drumsticks with the grill function for about 2 minutes towards the end of the baking time. Watch the chicken drumsticks so they don't burn.
