Description

These chicken patties in red broth with potatoes are a comforting and flavourful dish, perfect for enjoying with the family. Shredded chicken breast is mixed with egg and fried until golden brown, creating delicious patties. The broth, made with tomato, onion and garlic, gives it a spicy and tasty touch.   • 1 pieza Skinless chicken breast
  • 0.25 pieza White onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 litros Water
  • 4 gramos Salt
  • 4 pieza Egg
  • 250 gramos Cambray potatoes
  • 40 mililitros Oil
  • 0.25 pieza White onion (for the broth)
  • 1 clove Garlic (for the broth)
  • 1.5 litros Chicken broth
  • 7 pieza Tomato

Cooking the chicken

Thermomix® Setting
30 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Wash the chicken breast. Place the breast, ¼ white onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 litres of water and 4 grams of salt in the Thermomix bowl. Program 30 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Shred the chicken

Remove the chicken from the bowl and shred with two forks. Reserve the shredded chicken.

Mix ingredients for the patties

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, eggs and salt to taste until well combined.

Form and fry the patties

Heat 40 ml of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. With a spoon, take portions of the chicken mixture and form small patties. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Remove and reserve.

Prepare the broth

Thermomix® Setting

Place ¼ white onion (for the broth), 1 clove of garlic (for the broth) and the tomatoes in the Thermomix bowl. Chop 15 Seg./Stufe 7.

Add the chicken broth to the bowl. Program 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 2.

Thermomix® Setting
25 min/212°F/Giro a la izquierda/Speed 1 100 Reverse

Cut the cambray potatoes in half. Add the potatoes to the bowl and program 25 Min./100°C/Giro a la izquierda/Stufe 1.
