  • 4 piece bone-in chicken thighs
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 6 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp hot honey
  • 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.125 tsp garlic powder

Season Chicken Thighs

Season the chicken thighs on both sides with ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper. No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.

Prepare Peanut Butter Marinade

Add 6 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter and 4 tablespoons of water to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3 until fully incorporated. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.

Add Remaining Marinade Ingredients

Add 2 teaspoons of hot honey, ½ tablespoon of soy sauce, and ⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 3 until well combined. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.

Marinate Chicken

Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the mixing bowl and turn to coat in the marinade, making sure both sides are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.

Bake Chicken Thighs

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to an oven-proof dish. Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, approximately 35 to 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). No Thermomix settings are needed for this step.
