Description

This Chocolate Bundt Cake with Almonds, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a moist cake for special occasions. The main ingredients are eggs, butter, sugar, sour cream and almonds. In about 60 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time, a dessert for 6 portions is created. Ideal for festive occasions or as a sweet surprise for the family.

Ingredients (18 ingredients)

  • 6 Stück Eggs
  • 0.25 TL Salt
  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 EL Vanilla sugar
  • 5 Tropfen Bitter almond oil
  • 1 Tütchen Orange sugar
  • 1 Tütchen Tonka bean sugar
  • 100 g Fine couverture stripes
  • 25 g Baking cocoa
  • 20 g Potato flour
  • 350 g Wheat flour Type 550
  • 100 g White ground almonds
  • 1 Tütchen Cream of tartar baking powder
  • 2 Tütchen Chocolate pudding powder
  • 6 EL Nut nougat cream without palm oil/fat
  • Gingerbread men

Mix ingredients

Add 6 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 250 g butter, 200 g sugar, 200 g sour cream, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, 5 drops bitter almond oil, 1 sachet orange sugar and 1 sachet tonka bean sugar to the mixing bowl.

Mix dry ingredients

Mix 25 g baking cocoa, 20 g potato flour, 350 g wheat flour type 550, 100 g white ground almonds, 1 sachet cream of tartar baking powder and 2 sachets chocolate pudding powder in a separate bowl.

Fold in dry ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture in the mixing bowl.

Complete dough

Open the lid and fold in the flour remnants with the spatula.

Bake Bundt cake

Fill dough into Bundt cake tins up to the edge of the hollow. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 36 minutes (6 x 6 minutes).

Heat nut nougat cream

Heat 6 tbsp nut nougat cream without palm oil/fat in a bowl briefly in the microwave or in a water bath.

Decorate Bundt cake

Fill the warmed nut nougat cream into the holes of the Bundt cakes and top with gingerbread men or other decorations.
