Description
This cocktail sauce is a classic for dips and appetizers. It consists of mayonnaise, ketchup, cognac and spices. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only a few minutes and is ideal for parties or as a side dish to seafood. The recipe is simple and quick to prepare.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

200 g Mayonnaise

50 g Tomato ketchup

1 EL Cognac

1 TL Worcestershire sauce

1 TL Mustard

1 Prise Sugar

1 Prise Salt
-
1 Prise Pepper
Preparation (8 steps)
Put mayonnaise in the mixing bowl
Put 200 g mayonnaise in the mixing bowl.
Add tomato ketchup
Add 50 g tomato ketchup to the mayonnaise in the mixing bowl.
Add cognac
Put 1 tbsp cognac in the mixing bowl.
Add Worcestershire sauce
Put 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce in the mixing bowl.
Add mustard
Put 1 tsp mustard in the mixing bowl.
Add sugar
Put 1 pinch of sugar in the mixing bowl.
Add salt and pepper
Put 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper in the mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients
Mix all ingredients in the mixing bowl for 20 sec/speed 3.
