Description

This Thermomix® recipe for salmon composition with orange and avocado is a Mediterranean salad with salmon fillet, avocado and dried tomatoes. Preparation takes about 35 minutes and yields 4 servings. Ideal as a light appetizer or healthy main course. Suitable for a balanced diet and lovers of Mediterranean cuisine.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 3 EL Olive oil
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 500 g Salmon fillet
  • 75 g dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Stück red Onion
  • 1 Stück Avocado
  • 2 EL Lemon juice
  • 3 Stiel Basil
  • 1 Stück Organic orange

Preparation (9 steps)

Prepare plates

Grease four plates with ½ tsp olive oil each and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the salmon very thinly and spread on the plates. Refrigerate.

Prepare dried tomatoes

Cut 75 g dried tomatoes into thin strips and place in a bowl.

Chop onion

Peel 1 red onion, halve and place in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./speed 5.

Add onion rings

Remove the chopped onion from the mixing bowl and cut into fine rings. Add to the tomatoes in the bowl.

Prepare avocado

Halve 1 avocado, remove the pit and remove the flesh from the skin. Cut into wedges and drizzle with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Add to the tomatoes and onions in the bowl.

Prepare dressing

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice to the tomatoes, onions and avocado in the bowl and mix gently.

Prepare basil

Wash 3 sprigs of basil, shake dry and cut the leaves into fine strips.

Fillet orange

Peel 1 organic orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Fillet the orange and add to the onion mixture in the bowl. Mix carefully.

Arrange

Arrange the salad on the salmon. Garnish with avocado slices and sprinkle with basil. Serve immediately.
