Description

The creamy pointed cabbage noodle pan from the Thermomix® is a quick vegetarian main course with pointed cabbage, noodles, cream, and mountain cheese. In just 30 minutes, a delicious meal for 4 people is created. The recipe is ideal for light cuisine in autumn/fall and is a great alternative to classic pasta dishes. Due to the simple preparation in the Thermomix®, it is perfect for everyday life.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 700 g Pointed Cabbage
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. Tagliatelle)
  • 2 EL Butter
  • 250 g Cream (Whipping Cream or Cream for Cooking)
  • 150 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 100 g Mountain Cheese, grated
  • 4 EL Chives, chopped
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare pointed cabbage and onion

Halve the pointed cabbage lengthwise, cut out the stalk and cut into thin strips. Finely chop the onion.

Cook noodles

Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente according to the package instructions.

Sauté the onions

Place the onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Sauté the pointed cabbage

Add the pointed cabbage strips to the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./120°C/Reverse/speed 1.

Prepare sauce

Thermomix® Setting

Add 250 g cream, 150 ml vegetable broth and 100 g grated mountain cheese to the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./90°C/speed 2. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the noodles and serve

Add the cooked noodles to the pointed cabbage in the mixing bowl and briefly stir in. Serve sprinkled with chives.
