Description

  • 300 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Stück Red bell pepper
  • 1 Bund Spring onions
  • 2 Stück Carrots
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 10 g Ginger
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 EL Soy sauce
  • 100 g Glass noodles
  • 1 EL Sesame seeds
  • nach Geschmack Salt

Prepare the vegetables

Clean the bell pepper, spring onions, and carrots and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms and quarter them. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Peel the garlic.

Chop garlic and ginger

Place 2 cloves of garlic and 10g of ginger in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Add oil and sauté

Add vegetables and mushrooms

Add 1 red bell pepper, 1 bunch of spring onions, 2 carrots, and 250g of mushrooms to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.

Sauté the vegetables

Sauté the chopped vegetables for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Fry the meat

Cut 300g of chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and fry in a separate pan with a little oil until cooked through.

Add broth and soy sauce

Add 300 ml of vegetable broth and 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the mixing bowl.

Simmer everything for 5 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add glass noodles and meat

Add 100g of glass noodles and the fried chicken to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./100°C/Reverse speed/speed 1. Use a spatula to mix everything carefully.

Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds. Use 1 tbsp of sesame seeds for sprinkling.
