Description

This exotic lime coconut drink is an absolute hit for any summer party! The combination of lime juice, Tequila, Cointreau and coconut milk ensures a refreshing taste experience. A touch of cinnamon and sugar on the rim of the glass rounds it off perfectly. I always make this drink when friends come to visit and it's a hit every time. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

2 piece Glasses (of 200 ml each)
0.1 etwas Cinnamon
0.1 etwas Sugar
120 ml Lime juice
180 ml Tequila
120 ml Cointreau
250 ml Coconut milk
2 tbsp Sugar syrup

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix cinnamon sugar

Mix some cinnamon and some sugar in a shallow bowl and set aside.

Prepare glasses

Brush the rims of the glasses (of 200 ml each) with some lime juice and then dip them in the cinnamon sugar mixture so that a nice rim is created.

Mix ingredients

Add 120 ml lime juice, 180 ml tequila, 120 ml Cointreau, 250 ml coconut milk and 2 tbsp sugar syrup to the mixing bowl.

Serve
