Description

This Meatloaf with Egg is a hearty main course that is ideal for Easter or a family meal. Prepared with minced meat, eggs and spices, it is easy to prepare and offers a hearty meal for 4 people. The preparation time is about 60 minutes.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 5 Stück Eggs
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 500 g Minced meat, mixed
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 TL Mustard, medium hot
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Boil and prepare eggs

Boil four eggs hard, peel and set aside. The fifth egg is used raw.

Chop onion

Peel and halve 1 onion. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the fine slice. Pass the onion halves through the WunderSlicer V2 and collect the sliced onions.

Prepare minced meat

Mix 500 g minced meat, 60 g breadcrumbs, 2 tsp mustard, the raw egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl and season heartily.

Prepare baking pan

Grease baking pan.

Fill minced meat into mold

Spread half of the minced meat evenly in the mold. Cut the boiled eggs into slices and place them fan-like in the middle on the minced meat. Cover with the rest of the meat.

Bake meatloaf

Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven at maximum heat for 5 minutes and at minimum heat for 25 minutes.
