Description

This recipe for fillet of julienne in a creamy lemon sauce is a real treat! I love how the acidity of the lemon harmonizes perfectly with the richness of the crème fraîche. The preparation is very simple and succeeds in the blink of an eye with the Thermomix®. Ideal for a light lunch or a quick dinner. Rice goes perfectly with it. A dish that is always well received by us and also tastes good to guests! The light lemon note makes it a spring-like pleasure.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 15 cl of olive oil
  • to taste Salt or fine salt
  • White rice
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 brique of liquid cream
  • 1 piece white onion
  • Thyme leaf
  • 1 piece yellow lemon
  • 900 g of fillet of julienne

Preparation (6 steps)

White onion chop

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 5

The peeled white onion is placed in the mixing bowl and finely chopped for 3 sec./level 5. Transfer to another container.

Sauce preparation

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

In the clean mixing bowl, pour in the chopped onion, liquid cream, thyme, pepper and salt. Mix 20 sec./level 3.

Addition of lemon juice

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 2

Press the lemon and remove the seeds. Add the lemon juice to the sauce in the mixing bowl and mix 10 sec./level 2.

Incorporation of olive oil

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add the olive oil gradually to the mixing bowl while mixing 30 sec./level 3.

Fish cooking

Preheat the oven to 150°C (th. 5). Rinse the julienne fillet and place it in an oval dish. Pour the sauce over the fish. Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Rice cooking

20 min/212°F/Speed 4 100

While the fish is cooking, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. The rice can be cooked in the Thermomix using the cooking basket with 1 liter of water, 20 Min./100°C/level 4.
