Description
This protein-rich and low-carb tuna salad from the Thermomix® is quickly prepared with tuna, bell pepper, cucumber and tomato. In just 15 minutes a delicious salad for 2 servings is created. Ideal as a light meal, finger food or appetizer. The simple recipe is perfect for quick cooking and is a refreshing option, especially in summer.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

1 Dose Tuna (in its own juice)

0.5 Stück Bell pepper

0.333 Stück Cucumber

1 Stück Tomato

1 kl. Onion

2 TL Capers
-
Vinegar
-
Salt
-
Pepper

Mustard (without sugar)
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop onion
Place onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.
Chop vegetables
Place bell pepper, cucumber and tomato in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./speed 4.
Mix salad
Place tuna (in its own juice), capers, chopped vegetables, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl and mix well with the spatula. Add Stevia if needed.
