Preparation (3 steps)
Mix Ingredients
Add 220g butter, 120g sugar, vanilla sugar, 300g spelt flour, 2 egg yolks, 4 tbsp milk and 4 tbsp instant coffee to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 4.
Process Dough
Pipe the dough into sticks or circles.
Bake
Bake at 170°C convection.
