  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or more to taste
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 2 piece large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tsp red food coloring
  • 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
