Description

This recipe for turkey cheese curry sauce with zucchini noodles is a delicious and simple low-carb option. Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 200 g Turkey
  • 0.5 Stück Onion
  • 1 TL Curry paste
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Soy cream
  • 1 TL Soy sauce
  • 0.5 TL Mustard
  • 0.5 TL Curry powder
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Stück Zucchini

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Place 1/2 onion (approx. 50g) in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the mixing bowl and sauté the chopped onion for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add curry paste

Add 1 tsp curry paste to the mixing bowl and sauté for 1 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare sauce

Add 100 ml vegetable broth, 100 ml soy cream, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp curry powder, salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 min./100°C/speed 2.

Add cheese

Add 50 g grated cheese to the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./60°C/speed 2.

Add 200 g of pan-fried turkey to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./60°C/Reverse speed 1.
