Description

A quick and easy curry dish with sliced chicken and almonds.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 3 EL Olive oil
  • 1 Stück Garlic clove
  • 1 Scheibe Ginger
  • 1 Stück Chicken breast
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • nach Geschmack Curry
  • 5 EL Yogurt
  • 3 EL Shaved Almonds
  • nach Geschmack Lemon juice
  • 2 EL Lemongrass and herbs

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop garlic and ginger

Add 1 garlic clove and 1 slice of ginger to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Sauté garlic and ginger

Add some olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Sear chicken

Cut 1 chicken breast into small pieces and sear in a separate pan with some olive oil. Then add to the garlic and ginger in the mixing bowl.

Let egg set

Add 1 egg to the mixing bowl and let it set for 2 min./100°C/speed 2 while stirring.

Stir in curry and yogurt

Add curry and 5 tbsp yogurt and carefully stir in for 1 min./90°C/gentle stir setting.

Season and serve

Add 3 tbsp shaved almonds, lemongrass, herbs and some lemon juice and stir in for 30 sec./90°C/gentle stir setting. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
