Description

This French hot chocolate is a true delight for chocolate lovers. With its rich and creamy texture, it is perfect to enjoy on a cold afternoon or as an indulgent dessert. The combination of bittersweet chocolate, heavy cream and a touch of vanilla creates a comforting and sophisticated drink. I often prepare it in winter to pamper my family. It is very easy to make and can be enjoyed hot or warm. A recipe that always triumphs!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 225 g bittersweet chocolate
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 420 ml whole milk
  • 2 cucharadas brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Chop 225 g of bittersweet chocolate into pieces and place them in the Thermomix bowl. Add 120 ml of heavy cream, 420 ml of whole milk, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Cook and mix

Program the Thermomix to cook and mix the ingredients: 5 Min./90°C/Speed 2.

Check the texture

Verify that the chocolate is completely dissolved and the mixture has a smooth and slightly thick consistency. If necessary, cook for 1 Min./90°C/Speed 2 additional. If it is too thick, add 60 ml of milk and mix 30 Seg./Speed 2.

Pour the French hot chocolate into cups and enjoy immediately.
