Description

This hearty swede stew with smoked pork loin, prepared in the Thermomix®, warms you up on cold days. The main ingredients are swedes, potatoes, carrots and smoked pork loin. In about 50 minutes, a filling main course for 6 servings is created. Ideal as an inexpensive and hearty family meal.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 800 g Swedes
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 3 EL Sunflower oil
  • 0.5 l Vegetable broth
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  • 900 g Smoked pork loin
  • 3 EL Parsley

Preparation (11 steps)

Chop onion

Peel and quarter the onion. Put into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add sunflower oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare swedes, potatoes and carrots

Wash, peel and dice the swedes, potatoes and carrots into rough cubes.

Add vegetables and broth

Put swedes, potatoes, carrots and vegetable broth into the mixing bowl.

Fry smoked pork loin

Fry the smoked pork loin in a separate pan.

Add smoked pork loin to the vegetables and cook

Place the fried smoked pork loin on the vegetables in the mixing bowl and cook for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Remove and cut smoked pork loin

Remove the meat from the mixing bowl and cut into slices.

Mash vegetables

Crush the vegetables in the mixing bowl a little with the spatula. Then purée for 10 sec./speed 4.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.

Add parsley

Finely chop the parsley, add to the mixing bowl and stir in for 3 sec./speed 3 reverse rotation.

Arrange the mash together with the meat on a plate.
