Description

This chocolate tart is a real treat for all chocolate lovers! I especially like to make it when I need something quick and still want to put something special on the table. The preparation is very simple and succeeds with the Thermomix® in no time. The creamy chocolate filling on the crispy shortcrust pastry base is simply irresistible. Perfect for birthdays, holidays or just to treat yourself. It tastes best slightly chilled, then the chocolate unfolds its full aroma. A piece of happiness, so to speak!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 500 g liquid crème fraîche
  • 300 g baker's chocolate
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 1 pâte shortbread pastry

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat oven and prepare dough

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a tart pan with a little butter. Place the puff pastry in the pan and prick the bottom several times with a fork. Blind bake the dough for 15 minutes.

Chop chocolate

Break 300 g chocolate into pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 sec./speed 7.

Melt chocolate

3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Melt the chopped chocolate for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.

Mix cream, eggs and chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 500 g liquid cream and 2 eggs to the melted chocolate in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.

Bake tart

Pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-baked dough and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes. The tart is ready when the chocolate is no longer liquid.

Let cool

Let the tart cool completely before cutting and serving.
