Description

This chicken with curry with orange and yoghurt is a tasty and comforting dish, perfect for autumn or winter evenings. I love the sweetness of the orange which goes wonderfully with the spices of the curry and the freshness of the yoghurt. It's an easy dish to prepare with the Thermomix®, and it is always very popular at home. The chicken fillets are tender and juicy, and the sauce is creamy and fragrant. Feel free to adjust the amount of chili pepper to your liking. A true delight to share with family or friends!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 morceau fresh chili pepper
  • 1 bouquet coriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 c à s curry
  • 1 piece orange zested and juice
  • 2 container yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 oignon onion
  • 1 branche celery
  • 300 g chicken fillets

Preparation of ingredients

Peel the onion and the clove of garlic. Cut the branch of celery into pieces. Zest the orange and squeeze the juice.

Chop the onion, the garlic and the celery

Put the onion, the garlic and the celery in the bowl of the Thermomix and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 5.

Sauté the vegetables

Add a dash of olive oil in the bowl of the Thermomix and sauté 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the spices and the chicken

Add the fresh chili pepper (or Espelette pepper), the salt, the pepper, the curry, the zest and the juice of orange, and the chicken fillets in the bowl of the Thermomix. Mix 5 Sek./Stufe 3/Linkslauf.

Add the yoghurt

Add the pots of yoghurt in the bowl of the Thermomix and mix delicately 30 Sek./Stufe 2/Linkslauf.

Serve hot, possibly with basmati rice. Garnish with fresh coriander (optional).
