Description
This raspberry meringue dessert is a refreshing sweet dish, ideal for the summer. With frozen raspberries, meringue and whipped cream, it is easy to prepare and perfect as a dessert for festive occasions. The preparation time is about 20 minutes, plus 4 hours of cooling time. Suitable for anyone looking for a quick and easy dessert.

1200 g Raspberries Frozen

2 Becher Sweet Cream

2 Beutel Meringue

2 PK Vanilla Sugar
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop meringue
Add 2 bags of meringue into the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec./level 5.
Whip cream stiff
Add 2 cups of sweet cream and 2 PK vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl. Insert butterfly and whip stiff for 2 min./level 3.5.
Layers
Layer 1200g of frozen raspberries, chopped meringue and whipped cream alternately in a bowl.
Cool
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
