Description

This Chocolate Protein Dessert is an absolute treat for anyone who wants to watch their protein intake but doesn't want to miss out on sweets. I often make it after sports or simply as a healthy snack in between. The recipe is super easy and quick to prepare, perfect if you need something fast. The chocolate flavor harmonizes wonderfully with the almond butter and the fresh raspberries. A great dessert that not only tastes delicious, but is also good for you!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 1 Pck. Pudding powder chocolate
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 600 ml Milk
  • 50 g Protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa nibs
  • 200 g Raspberries

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare pudding powder

Mix 1 pack of pudding powder chocolate and 30 g sugar in a small bowl. Stir in 8 tablespoons of cold milk until no lumps remain. Set aside.

Boil milk

Put the remaining 600 ml milk into the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 5 min./100°C/speed 2.

Cook pudding

Add the stirred pudding powder to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./100°C/speed 3. Use a spatula to ensure that everything is well mixed.

Stir in protein powder

Remove the mixing bowl from the Thermomix and let it cool briefly (approx. 5 minutes). Then add 50 g protein powder (chocolate flavor) and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3.

Let pudding cool

Divide the pudding into 4 bowls and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Garnish pudding

Before serving, drizzle the pudding with 2 tbsp almond butter and garnish with 1 tbsp cocoa nibs and 200 g raspberries.
