Description

Puff Pastry Cream is a festive and simple dessert made with the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are puff pastry, milk, whipped cream, and vanilla pudding. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 60 minutes and yields [number] servings. Ideal as a sweet treat for special occasions or for baking with the family.

  • 1 Packung Puff pastry
  • 750 ml Milk
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • 4 EL Sugar
  • 2 Packungen Vanilla pudding
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Prepare vanilla pudding

Thermomix® Setting

Add 750 ml milk, 2 packages of vanilla pudding, and 4 tablespoons of sugar to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 min./90°C/speed 3.

Add whipped cream

Thermomix® Setting

Add 250 ml whipped cream and 1 packet of vanilla sugar and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Let cream cool

Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool.

Prepare puff pastry

Roll out 1 package of puff pastry and cut into squares.

Bake puff pastry

Place the puff pastry squares on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

Assemble puff pastry cream

Spread half of the baked puff pastry squares with the cooled cream and cover with the remaining puff pastry squares.

Sprinkle puff pastry cream

Sprinkle the puff pastry cream with powdered sugar and serve.
