Diese eingelegten Avocados mit Dill sind ein echter Knaller! Ich mache sie total gerne, wenn ich mal etwas Besonderes für ein Picknick oder eine Grillparty brauche. Die Kombination aus der cremigen Avocado, dem würzigen Dill und der leichten Schärfe der Habaneros ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Zubereitung ist super easy und das Ergebnis ist ein echter Hingucker.   • 1.25 cups distilled white vinegar
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 1 tsp brown mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 0.5 tsp whole black peppercorns
  • 0.5 tsp habanero pepper flakes
  • 2 piece habanero peppers
  • 1 clove garlic, lightly smashed and halved
  • 2 piece underripe avocados, peeled and sliced into eighths

Vinegar Mixture Preparation

Pour 1 ¼ cups distilled white vinegar and 1 cup filtered water into the mixing bowl. Add ½ cup white sugar, 1 teaspoon rock salt, 1 teaspoon brown mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, ½ teaspoon whole black peppercorns, and ½ teaspoon habanero pepper flakes.

Cooling the Mixture

Remove the mixing bowl from the Thermomix base and let the vinegar mixture cool to room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Preparing the Jars

Divide 2 habanero peppers and 1 clove garlic, lightly smashed and halved, between 2 canning jars. Divide 2 underripe avocados, peeled and sliced into eighths, evenly between the jars.

Pouring the Vinegar Mixture

Stir the vinegar mixture to evenly disburse the seasoning. Carefully pour the mixture into the jars, ensuring the avocado slices are submerged.

Chilling the Pickles

Close the lids of the jars tightly and place them in the refrigerator. Chill for about 24 hours to allow the flavors to combine.
