Description

A quick and easy ajvar soup, perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 kg Minced meat, mixed
  • 4 Stück large Onion(s)
  • 1 Liter Vegetable stock
  • 2 Becher Sour cream
  • 1 Flasche Sauce (Texicana-Salsa or Chili sauce)
  • 2 Pck. Processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 Pck. Cream processed cheese
  • 1 Glas Ajvar, mild
  • 2 Gläser Ajvar, hot (total 1050 g)
  • Oil

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop onions

Peel, quarter the onions and place in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onions

Add some oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Fry meat

Brown the minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly.

Prepare soup

Add the fried minced meat, vegetable stock, sour cream, sauce, processed cheese with herbs, cream processed cheese, ajvar mild and ajvar hot to the mixing bowl and simmer for 10 min./100°C/level 1.
