Description
With this Thermomix® recipe, juicy Americaner are easy to make in no time. The main ingredients are margarine, sugar, eggs, flour and icing sugar. The recipe from the cake category is ideal as a simple snack for parties or children's birthdays. The preparation time is approx. 60 minutes, of which 30 minutes are active working time, and yields 12 servings. Perfect for anyone who wants to bake a simple and delicious cake for coffee.

250 g Margarine

250 g Sugar

2 Stück Eggs

500 g Flour

1 Pck. Baking powder

125 ml Milk

250 g Icing sugar

3 EL Water
Preparation (7 steps)
Mix sugar and margarine
Add 250 g sugar and 250 g margarine to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./speed 4.
Add eggs
Add 2 eggs and mix for 1 min./speed 4.
Add flour, baking powder and milk
Add 500 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder and 125 ml milk and mix for 2 min./kneading stage.
Portion dough
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a tablespoon.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes.
Prepare icing sugar glaze
Add 250 g icing sugar and 3-4 tbsp water to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Glaze Americaner
Spread the icing sugar glaze on the cooled Americaner.
