Description

This dish of garlic chicken wings is a traditional Spanish recipe that always triumphs. The combination of garlic, wine and the spicy touch of cayenne make these wings an irresistible bite. I often prepare them to share with friends or as a delicious snack. The recipe is very simple and quick to make, perfect for those days when you don't have much time to cook. In addition, the aroma that it gives off while cooking is simply delicious. Go ahead and try them, you will love them! You can accompany them with some french fries or a fresh salad.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 500 g Chicken wings cut in two and without the wing tip
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 piece Cayenne pepper
  • 50 ml Fino wine
  • Salt
  • 3 cucharadas Extra virgin olive oil
  • 25 ml Brandy

Preparation (4 steps)

Initial preparation of the garlic

Thermomix® Setting
3 Seg./Velocidad 7, 1 Seg./Velocidad 9, 1 Seg./Velocidad 5

Peel the 3 cloves of garlic and place them in the Thermomix bowl together with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Chop for 3 seconds at speed 7, then increase to speed 9 for 1 second and finally to speed 5 for 1 second to ensure that the garlic is well chopped.

Sauté the garlic

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/Varoma/Velocidad 1 Varoma

Program the Thermomix to sauté the garlic for 5 minutes at Varoma temperature and speed 1. When finished, add 1 cayenne pepper to the bowl.

Evaporate the alcohols

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/Varoma/Velocidad 1 Varoma

Add 50 ml of fino wine and 25 ml of brandy to the Thermomix bowl. Program 5 minutes at Varoma temperature and speed 1, without placing the measuring cup to encourage the evaporation of the alcohol.

Mix the wings with the garlic sauce

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Bake the chicken wings (500g) cut in two and without the wing tip for 35 minutes. Once baked, place them in a large bowl and pour the garlic sauce prepared in the Thermomix over them. Stir well so that the wings are well impregnated with the garlic sauce. Serve hot.
