Description

This hearty loin roast is a savory main course that is ideal for festive occasions. The meat is first pan-fried and then sliced. A creamy sauce made from cream, chili sauce and Puszta salad is prepared in the Thermomix® and poured over the roast. The roast is then warmed in the oven. The recipe is designed for 5 servings.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 1 kg Turkey roast
  • 2 Becher Cream
  • 1 Flasche Chili sauce
  • 1 Glas Large jar of Puszta salad without broth

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare roast

Fry the turkey roast in a separate pan for about 2 hours.

Cut roast and place in bowl

Cut the fried loin roast into slices and place in a glass bowl.

Prepare sauce

Thermomix® Setting

Add 2 cups of cream, 1 bottle of chili sauce and 1 large jar of Puszta salad without broth to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Distribute sauce

Pour the sauce over the sliced roast in the glass bowl.

Heat roast

Heat the roast in the oven at approx. 200 degrees.
