  • 100 g Celery

  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 1 TL Marjoram
  • 0.5 TL Cumin, ground
  • 0.5 l Beef broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 EL Oil

Chop onions

Peel the onion, quarter it and place it in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 5.

Add oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add and chop vegetables

Clean the carrots and celery, roughly chop them and add them to the mixing bowl together with the garlic. Chop 5 sec./level 5.

Add tomato paste, mustard, marjoram, cumin, salt and pepper and sauté 5 min./120°C/level 1.

Pour in soup

Pour in the beef broth and stir 5 sec./level 3.

Sear the meat

Season the pork neck roast with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a separate pan and sear the meat in it from all sides.

Add meat and simmer

Add the seared meat to the vegetables in the mixing bowl. Simmer 60 min./100°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Thicken sauce

Remove the meat from the mixing bowl and keep warm. If the sauce is too thin, let it reduce for 10 min./Varoma/level 2 without the measuring cup.

Puree the sauce for 30 sec./level 8-10. Increase the speed slowly.
