Description

These Asian fried noodles with chicken are a quick and easy dish, perfect for after work. I often make them when I need something quick. The sliced chicken is combined with crunchy vegetables and a delicious soy sauce maple syrup sauce. The noodles are nice and firm to the bite and wonderfully absorb the taste of the sauce. Garnished with sesame seeds, they are a real eye-catcher and simply taste delicious. If you like it spicier, you can add some chili. A great dish for the whole family!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 250 g Wok noodles
  • 3 piece Carrots
  • 3 piece Spring onions
  • 200 g Soybean sprouts
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 400 g Sliced chicken
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • to taste Sesame
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • to taste Chili

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop carrots

Thermomix® Setting

Add 3 carrots to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Then transfer to a bowl.

Chop garlic

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 7

Add 1 clove of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare sauce

Mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup and the chopped garlic in a bowl and set aside.

Fry chicken

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and fry 400g sliced chicken in it for about 2 minutes until cooked. Then remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook noodles and carrots

Add the chopped carrots and 250g wok noodles to the pan and fry for about 4 minutes.

Add sauce

Add the prepared sauce to the pan and mix well.

Let eggs set

Push the ingredients in the pan a little to the side. Add 2 whisked eggs to the free space and let them set slightly.

Finish

Add 200g soybean sprouts, 3 spring onions cut into rings and the fried chicken to the pan and mix in. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
