Description

This recipe for Asian fried noodles with chicken is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for student cuisine. With fresh carrots, spring onions and soy sprouts, it is a delicious and filling meal. The preparation is mainly done in the Thermomix® and takes only about 35 minutes. Ideal for 4 servings.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 250 g Wok noodles
  • 3 Carrots
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 200 g Soy sprouts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 400 g Sliced chicken fillet
  • 2 EL Sesame oil
  • Sesame
  • 3 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 EL Maple syrup
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Chili

Preparation (11 steps)

Prepare noodles

Pour boiling water over the wok noodles and let them steep for 5-10 minutes. Then drain and set aside.

Prepare carrots and spring onions

Cut the carrots into fine strips. Cut the spring onions into diagonal rings. Wash the soy sprouts.

Whisk eggs

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and set aside.

Chop garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Put the clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 7. Scrape down with the spatula.

Prepare sauce

Mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, chopped garlic and chili to taste in a bowl.

Fry chicken

Heat the oil in a wok or large pan and stir-fry the sliced chicken fillet for 2 minutes.

Fry noodles and vegetables

Add the carrots and the drained wok noodles to the chicken in the pan and fry everything again for 4 minutes.

Add sauce

Add the prepared sauce to the pan and mix in.

Let eggs set

Push all the ingredients to the edge of the pan. Add the whisked eggs to the free space in the pan and let them set slightly.

Mix in soy sprouts and spring onions

Mix the soy sprouts and spring onions into the fried noodles.

Season and Serve

Season the fried noodles with soy sauce and garnish with sesame. Serve immediately.
