Description

With the Thermomix® these chocolate dominoes are made in no time. Margarine, powdered sugar, flour and chocolate drops are the main ingredients for these Christmas cookies. The preparation takes a total of 72 minutes, with the active working time being about 30 minutes. The recipe yields approximately 28 servings. Ideal as finger food or dessert for the Christmas season.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

100 g Margarine
55 g Powdered sugar
180 g Flour
1 Packung Chocolate drops

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

20 sec/Speed 4, 15 sec/Speed 3

Put 100 g margarine and 55 g powdered sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4. Add 180 g flour and stir in for 15 sec./speed 3. Form the dough into a ball with floured hands, wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 170 °C circulating air (top/bottom heat: 190 °C). No Thermomix setting required.

Roll out and cut dough

Roll out the dough on baking paper to a thickness of approx. 3 mm. 28 dominoes are required for a game. Cut the dough into 3 cm wide strips, cutting out a 0.5 cm thick strip between the 3 cm strips so that they have enough space from each other in the oven later. Approx. 7 cm are required in height, always leaving a gap and cutting out a strip of dough for this purpose. Knead this remaining dough again, roll it out and cut it to size. No Thermomix setting required.

Shape and top dominoes

The 28 domino blanks all fit on one baking sheet. Notch each cookie in the middle transversely with the back of a knife and then cover with chocolate drops. No Thermomix setting required.
