Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 16 ounce canned water chestnuts, drained
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 1 pound bacon, halved crosswise
  • 20 piece toothpicks
  • 0.33 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33 cup chili sauce

In a medium bowl, soak the drained water chestnuts in soy sauce for at least 3 hours. After soaking, drain the water chestnuts thoroughly.
