Diese Loaded Chicken Nachos sind der perfekte Snack für jede Party oder einen gemütlichen Abend! Ich mache sie immer, wenn Freunde zu Besuch kommen, und sie sind jedes Mal der Renner. Die Kombination aus knusprigen Tortilla-Chips, würzigem Hähnchen, geschmolzenem Käse und frischen Tomaten ist einfach unwiderstehlich. Die Zubereitung ist super einfach und schnell, besonders mit dem Thermomix®. Man kann das Gericht auch gut vorbereiten und kurz vor dem Servieren überbacken. Wer es noch etwas schärfer mag, kann Jalapeños hinzufügen. Einfach köstlich!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 6 piece green onions, sliced, white parts and tops separated
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 piece shredded, cooked, whole chicken breast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cups salsa
  • 0.5 pack tortilla chips
  • 1 pack shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 0.5 piece large tomato, diced

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare the ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Dice the tomato and separate the white and green parts of the green onions.

Sauté garlic and onion

Add the white parts of the green onions and garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds / speed 7.

Add oil and sauté

Thermomix® Setting

Add canola oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 minutes / 120°C / speed 1.

Mix chicken and salsa

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3/Linkslauf Reverse

Add the shredded, cooked chicken breast, salt, pepper, and salsa to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 seconds / speed 3 / reverse.

Assemble the nachos

Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Spoon the chicken mixture over the tortilla chips. Top with the shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend and diced tomato.

Bake the nachos

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onion tops before serving.
